Duralloy Industrial Supply is operated by Oratava Group Pty Ltd, an Australian and family-owned business based in NSW.

We aim to ensure product information, pricing and specifications provided on Duralloy.net.au are accurate. However, information may change without notice.

The absolute and authoritative source of truth for any Duralloy product is the downloadable product specification sheet and owner’s manual published on the corresponding product page. These documents contain the most reliable and detailed technical information.

If you need the latest or most recently updated version for your machine, you can request it through our support form, and we will email the correct documentation to you.

Product availability and details may vary by stockist, distributor and production batch.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

By placing an order through Duralloy.net.au, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Prices are displayed in AUD and inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

Orders may be cancelled or declined if fraudulent activity is suspected or stock is unavailable. If an item is incorrectly priced, Duralloy may cancel the order prior to dispatch and issue a refund.

4. Warranty

Duralloy products include up to 3-years’ comprehensive warranty, depending on the machine, equipment or item. Warranty periods vary by model and are listed on the product page, manual or sales documentation.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to Duralloy’s warranty. Full details are available in our Warranty Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, imagery, graphics, text, documentation and website content are the property of Duralloy, Oratava Group Pty Ltd or licensed partners. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any content without written permission.

Duralloy.net.au may contain links to other websites, stockists or third-party services. Duralloy is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of these external sites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own discretion.
