The Duralloy® 205P DC Pulse TIG Welder is a compact 200 A multi-process inverter designed for precision TIG welding, thin-material work and general fabrication. DC Pulse TIG control helps reduce heat input and minimise distortion, while DC MMA capability provides added flexibility for workshop and on-site welding.

HF and Lift TIG starting options provide flexible arc initiation, while adjustable pulse duty cycle, gas-flow timing and down-slope control allow operators to fine-tune the welding sequence. A clear digital display provides accurate amperage adjustment and straightforward control.

FAQ's

What makes Duralloy machines different?

Duralloy® machines are engineered for Australian conditions — reliable, efficient, and job-ready. Every unit is tested for consistent performance across workshop and on-site environments, backed by a strong local service and warranty network through Duralloy Welding Supplies.

Are Duralloy welders suitable for both workshop and field use?

Yes. All Duralloy machines are built to handle demanding site conditions while maintaining precision and control for workshop fabrication. Many models include features such as Power Factor Correction (PFC) and advanced inverter technology for stable operation on long extension leads or generators.

What is the warranty on Duralloy machines?

Most machines come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, covering parts and labour for manufacturing defects under normal use. Consumables and accessories are not covered. For full terms, refer to the warranty card or contact your nearest authorisedDuralloy service centre.

Can I buy directly from Duralloy?

Duralloy products are available through our authorised distributors and partner stores nationwide. Visit our 'Find a Stockist' page to locate your nearest supplier or reach out through the 'Contact Us' page for assistance.

How do I know which welder is right for my job?

The right machine depends on your application, material thickness, and power supply.MIG/Multimig – best for fabrication, fencing, and general repair work. TIG – ideal for stainless and aluminium requiring precision and finesse. MMA/Stick – great for outdoor or remote jobs using basic 10A/15A outlets. Plasma Cutters – for clean, controlled metal cutting. If you're unsure, your local Duralloy distributor or our support team can guide you.
