The Duralloy® 250 AC/DC is a professional pulse TIG welder featuring advanced SiC technology for high efficiency, stable arc performance and precise welding control.

Suitable for aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and other metals, it provides AC and DC TIG welding with a choice of square, sine and triangle AC waveforms. Adjustable pulse settings, AC balance control and spot welding give operators greater control over heat input, penetration and weld appearance.

The easy-to-navigate digital LCD control panel includes HF start, Lift TIG, 2T/4T trigger operation and memory for up to 10 welding programs. AC/DC MMA capability provides additional versatility for workshop, maintenance and professional fabrication applications.

SiC and Power Factor Correction technology support efficient operation, reduced current draw and improved generator compatibility. The compact multi-voltage design supports 110V and 240V single-phase input and is fitted with a 15A plug.

What makes Duralloy machines different?

Duralloy® machines are engineered for Australian conditions — reliable, efficient, and job-ready. Every unit is tested for consistent performance across workshop and on-site environments, backed by a strong local service and warranty network through Duralloy Welding Supplies.

Are Duralloy welders suitable for both workshop and field use?

Yes. All Duralloy machines are built to handle demanding site conditions while maintaining precision and control for workshop fabrication. Many models include features such as Power Factor Correction (PFC) and advanced inverter technology for stable operation on long extension leads or generators.

What is the warranty on Duralloy machines?

Most machines come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, covering parts and labour for manufacturing defects under normal use. Consumables and accessories are not covered. For full terms, refer to the warranty card or contact your nearest authorisedDuralloy service centre.
