Overview

Duralloy® MultiMIG 251 Inverter Double Pulse MIG 240V is a high-output multi-process machine designed for fabrication work where weld appearance, arc control and repeatability are important. Running on a 240 V 15 A supply, it combines standard MIG, pulse MIG and double-pulse MIG with MMA and lift TIG capability in a single inverter platform.

  • Suited to fabrication, aluminium work and higher-finish welding on steel and stainless

  • Works well in workshops or on sites where access to a 240 V 15 A outlet is required

  • Double pulse MIG helps manage heat input while producing a consistent, uniform bead profile

The double-pulse function allows better control on thinner materials and aluminium, helping reduce distortion while improving bead consistency and visual finish. With higher output than entry-level machines and genuine multi-process flexibility, the MultiMIG 251 is a strong fit for professional workshops and experienced operators who need controlled MIG performance from a single-phase power source.

Duralloy® machines are engineered for Australian conditions — reliable, efficient, and job-ready. Every unit is tested for consistent performance across workshop and on-site environments, backed by a strong local service and warranty network through Duralloy Welding Supplies.

Are Duralloy welders suitable for both workshop and field use?

Yes. All Duralloy machines are built to handle demanding site conditions while maintaining precision and control for workshop fabrication. Many models include features such as Power Factor Correction (PFC) and advanced inverter technology for stable operation on long extension leads or generators.

What is the warranty on Duralloy machines?

Most machines come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, covering parts and labour for manufacturing defects under normal use. Consumables and accessories are not covered. For full terms, refer to the warranty card or contact your nearest authorisedDuralloy service centre.
