Duralloy 180A Battery Stick Welder
Duralloy 180A Battery Stick Welder
The Duralloy 180A Battery Stick Welder is a portable, battery-powered welding machine designed for work where direct access to mains electricity is unavailable. Its cordless operation makes it practical for farm and rural maintenance, mining, portable repairs and remote welding sites.
Supporting MMA and DC Lift TIG welding, the DA180B provides an adjustable welding range of 10–180A. Built-in hot start, arc force and anti-stick functions support MMA welding performance, while the digital display allows clear amperage adjustment.
The rechargeable 740Wh lithium battery charges to approximately 80% in 35 minutes and reaches a full charge in approximately 60 minutes. The welder can also be operated while charging when connected to a suitable power supply.
Built-in protection includes overcharging, deep-discharge and overheating protection, along with temperature, voltage and current sensors. A battery charge indicator displays the remaining charge level, while the included carry case helps protect the machine during transport.
